Industrial camps, buildings, and utility networks for Argentina's most demanding projects. Fully turnkey since 1983.
Modular Homes was founded in 1983 with the construction camp for the Heavy Water Plant in Arroyito, Neuquén. Over the next four decades, we built Argentina's largest and most technically complex industrial camps: Pascua Lama at over 13,000 ft elevation for 8,400 workers, Fortín de Piedra in Vaca Muerta, Cerro Negro in Patagonia, Hotel Río Cúllen in Tierra del Fuego, and dozens of projects across every major industrial region in the country.
MH Evolution is the natural evolution of that track record. The same team, the same standards, the same commitment to delivery under extreme conditions — under a modernized identity that reflects who we are today.
We are not a new company. We are the only firm in Argentina with this specific trajectory in industrial modular construction. Forty years of completed projects speak for themselves.
Trusted contractors across Vaca Muerta and every major basin in the country. Fortín de Piedra, Aguada Pichana, Añelo, Bandurria, Loma Campana — fully turnkey camps and industrial facilities.
We build in the most remote corners of the Andes. Pascua Lama, Josemaría, Yellow Grass, Tres Quebradas — extreme logistics, harsh weather, and high altitude are our documented specialty.
Four decades supporting Argentina's energy infrastructure: hydroelectric dams, processing plants, power generation facilities, petrochemical complexes, and permanent industrial buildings.
From design to commissioning. Without subcontracting the responsibility. One point of contact for engineering, in-house fabrication, logistics, on-site assembly, and utility networks.
Design, fabrication, transport, and assembly of industrial camps in remote and extreme-condition locations. Housing, dining, medical, recreation, and offices — fully operational from day one.
Project engineering tailored to each site's specific conditions: elevation, climate, accessibility, and owner requirements. Full technical documentation and permitting support.
Module production at our own facilities in Greater Buenos Aires and San Juan. Industrial quality control, complete factory finish, and logistics to any point in the country including high-altitude and hard-to-reach locations.
Installation and commissioning at the job site regardless of conditions. Our own crews with proven experience at extreme elevations, integrated with other contractors through final handover.
Installation of electrical, sanitary, gas, and communications networks. Water treatment and wastewater systems. Complete infrastructure for autonomous camp operation.
Specialized structures for industrial use: equipment shelters, explosive magazines, control buildings, laboratories, workshops, and permanent operations offices.
